Delivery

Products on www.miniaguri.ge are delivered in Tbilisi and to all regions of Georgia.

Delivery is carried out by courier companies, according to their standards and working schedules.

Orders arrive on average within 2 (two) – 7 (seven) working days, depending on the delivery address, the load in the region and the courier company’s operations.

The company may shorten or extend the delivery time because of how third-party services work.

Receiving your order

When the order is delivered, the customer must check the item visually and count it in the presence of the courier.

If you find damage, missing parts or any other problem, contact the company straight away.

Problems reported later, without following this rule, may be treated as the customer’s responsibility and may be a reason to refuse service.

Exchanges and returns

A product can be returned or exchanged only if:

• the product is in its original condition;
• you provide proof of the order (cash or card receipt);
• for online orders, a bank statement confirming the payment.
